Lack of M.o.t.i.v.a.t.i.o.n

One step forward, ten steps back. The story of my L.I.F.E. I have been in a rut for the last week. I have no motivation to work out. I have no motivation to track my calories. I don't even have an excuse reason why.

I decided to look up some motivational pics to get my groove back
This is beyond true!!! Time flies. . .

I will get out of this funk, I will step it up, I will get focused.

You can do this!

I was in a major funk in October and November and I found focusing on just one little change a week ended up making a big difference. So maybe start with something small.

For me I started to do more elliptical and the feeling of accomplishment helped get me going.

Oh girl! We all get in those kinda funks! Hang in there. It seems to me that when I finally make myself get up and get going that I feel better plus it gives you a sense of pride!

Hey you! Don't give up! Even if you are feeling tired, then just take a break from all of the counting. It is important to remember to give yourself a free meal and allow yourself to splurge. We're all living this nasty nightmare... Maybe just go into your room and so some crunches and wall situps? You will feel better even if it is only a little bit, right? :)
